Alot, or I wouldn't be carrying it. Not like I don't have another to choose from.
I might switch from the 230gn CorBon. Will try out some Fed 165gn this weekend after the match, see if I like the the recoil impulse better. In this light of a gun those CorBon have some bite. But, it does make for a great carry piece with regard to the weight. Good compromise between weight/size/sight radius. I am more comfortable with a 1911, but the 5" I was carrying kept poking out from under my t-shirt. So, here I am with the commander length gun.

So the shorter barrel I was gonna buy the 5inch I think. Im gonna buy one pistol here after I graduate college and it will be the gun I carry when I become 21 and get my CCW. So I want one that im gonna like of course lol

My every day carry is a Sig P226 in a BlackHawk CQC with Serpa and 2 spare 15 rd mags. I load 124gr +P+ Hydra Shoks.

Derrick, try before you buy. I've been through quite a few guns for carry, something new catches my eye and I try it out, always go back to a 1911.
Off the top of my head, I've carried: H&K P7M8, Wilson CQB, SIG 229, Browning Hi Power, crap can't remember--too early. Maybe I'll think of some while I'm working. Later.
