Marlin XL7

I got to shoot the Marlin XL7 rifle the other day. The one we shot was a 270 Win, with a Leupold scope (cant remember the model). That is a badass rifle for the price. I ended up shooting about a one inch group, which is not bad for me, but some of the other guys were getting smaller, I think the smallest was just over half an inch. The rifle has a safety on the trigger kind of like the accutrigger from Savage. It was around 4 lbs. It has the same sort of barrel nut that Savage has, and the best part the is a $350 dollar rifle. You cant go wrong with that!! I was quite suprised that Marlin would put out a bolt action that could shoot like that and only cost that much.
