I work part time in a small gun shop in Tampa. My boss showed me a letter he recieved in the mail earlier this week. It was from the California DOJ. The gist of it was that we (keep in mind we are a FEDERALLY LICENSED CLASS III DEALER) cannot send a firearm to a California FFL without first supplying the California DOJ with the specifics of the transfer and the transferee dealer's DOJ supplied dealer number and
requesting permission from the DOJ! We cannot continue the transfer to the FFL without written permission from the DOJ! What a crock of crap! I mean it's not like we have a federal agency we have to go through that licenses us to deal in firearms or anything

.
Guess who will no longer be dealing with California?
